Sociocracy 3.0 co-founder, Thrive-in Collaboration co-founder / organisational development consultant / mentor / learning facilitator.

Along with discovering (gradually) how to become the change I want to see in the world, I practice artful facilitation and serve internationally as a learning facilitator and consultant, working with individuals and organizations who wish to evolve adaptability and resilience and enterprise agility.  My specific focus right now is in developing the Sociocracy 3.0 framework and related software, consulting on holistic organizational development and helping people to learn about Sociocracy 3.0.

I’ve been fascinated by and synthesize interests and practice in Voice Dialogue (relational energetics) and sociocracy for the last 16 years and am co-founder of Sociocracy 3.0 and co-founder at Thrive-in Collaboration.  My background combines 20 years project management experience, with 10 years working specifically in the fields of holistic learning, consulting UK education authority and social services on evolving holistic educational provision for children and young people, in conjunction with an on and off psychotherapy practice.

I commit 50% of my time to being with my soon 6 year old son  in Barcelona and spend 50% of my time in various places around the world supporting people to learn about and pull in patterns from S3. Besides this, and being a papa, I’m currently occupied with co-writing the Sociocracy 3.0 patterns handbook and am enjoying discovering how deep I can dive into the implications of the framework I’m privileged to be stewarding into the world.

Very grateful to find myself playing a role as part of a growing international network of innovators and change-makers collaborating towards the emergence of a more just, regenerative and loving humanity.
